If you share that same enthusiasm for sharing your experience, learning, and helping others to share in team success, then we’re already excited by the idea you’d like to join us. Osprey is always interested in hearing from people with experience in special logistics – be that in a team or operations management role, marine engineering, crane operations, heavy load handling, or port services. Take a look around our website, see if you think we’d be a good fit for each other.

We’ve been inundated with excellent applications for recent roles – and now have specific openings for a Customs Compliance & Freight Management Lead,  based in the South West of England.

COULD YOU BE OUR NEW CUSTOMS COMPLIANCE & FREIGHT MANAGEMENT LEAD (HPC)?

We’re looking for a Customs Compliance & Freight Management Lead who’ll report directly into our Site Operations Service Manager. It’s a role that comes with significant responsibility. We’re looking for someone who’s experienced, committed, and keen to help us live our ‘one team’ approach. We put a premium on highly analytical skills, and abilities to develop and maintain strong client relationships. It’s all about continuous improvement. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Ensuring complete statutory, regulatory and site control compliance.
  • Ensuring early intervention to avoid escalation of issues.
  • Working collaboratively at all times, communicating effectively.
  • Being accountable for all IoR knowledge-sharing across relevant business areas.
