OUR PROGRAMMES

Teamwork is everything at Osprey. It’s our multi-disciplined approach that lets us solve seemingly impossible challenges for clients, and find better ways of moving large and heavy assets.

Joining one of our Graduate programmes, you’ll work with a team of marine, civil and structural engineers who deliver the best possible, end-to-end plans for clients in every sector.

Our ‘Year in Industry’ internships involve the full cycle of systems and processes, and give you exposure to a wealth of equipment and engineering practices. You’ll be nurtured as an individual, and working hands-on across the business from day one.

Every day, you’ll be contributing to front-line projects. Onshore or offshore, sometimes on the planning side, sometimes in Hi-Viz, working on-site. All of these programmes offer a holistic approach to learning and development, with support for your professional development, transitional training, workshops, group coaching, on the job experience, access to mentors, and more.

Working better, togther

It’s our mantra – working better, together. In fact, the minute you join Osprey, we’ll model a potential career path for you. It’s all about helping you develop and progress at the pace that’s right for both of us.

Osprey’s Career Paths are open to all of our employees. Developmental and educational support is signposted all the way, which will help you to work out what your next steps are. Do you want more qualifications? More practical experience? We’ll give you all the support you need to stay on track.

IN YOUR OWN WORDS …

Unsure about applying?

As one of our recent Early Career placements, we asked Finlay Bridge to tell us his thoughts on joining Osprey:

“Other internships lacked the range that Osprey offered. It stood out, and the team were very accommodating during the application process to make the placement work. This was very reassuring, knowing I was joining a company that would look after me.

I wanted experience on both an academic and social level. I wanted to see how my studies will be used in real life and get my hands on some interesting engineering problems. I was also keen to see how I would enjoy a role where it would not be 100% office based.

I’ve particularly enjoyed working on live projects and producing an engineering tool that will be used even after I leave. I’ve always felt comfortable asking for support and there’s always been help and guidance when I’ve needed it. Lots of useful feedback too…”
