GUNFLEET SANDS

Map-pin Thames Estuary

Osprey provided marine logistics support for the Gunfleet Sands Offshore Wind Farm, managing transport and handling of turbines, foundations, and cables during phased construction operations.

Osprey deployed specialist marine equipment, including heavy-lift barges, tugs, and cable-handling systems, to transport Siemens turbines, 5m-diameter monopile foundations, and subsea power cables. Support included Ro-Ro operations, lifting gear for offshore components, and loadspreading systems for quay interfaces.
