Osprey delivered marine transport and heavy-lift services for prefabricated substation units supporting Valero’s new CHP turbine installation at Pembroke Refinery, Wales.
Osprey deployed a 1,000-tonne LTM 1800D crane, 48 axle lines of SPMTs, Ro-Ro ramps, linkspans, marine barges, grillage, sea-fastening systems, mechanical tensioning tools, and customised ballasting systems to support the transport, load-out, tow, and installation of prefabricated units at Pembroke Port and the Valero site jetty.
