SITE INSTALLATION EQUIPMENT
We complement our end-to-end engineering and project management with in-house equipment that lets us consider many possible solutions for the most complex challenges.
Our equipment is supported by the right software too – visualising our solutions in reports and documents that help manage any authorities’ concerns.
We can deliver complete solutions for importing, lifting, moving and installing your assets. All of our equipment can be allocated to your project’s schedule from the onset, with supply surety guaranteed.
3000 TE CAPACITY HYDRAULIC JACK-UP SYSTEM
Our Hydraulic Jack-Up System has a cassette configuration with multiple tower units and up to 3,000 tonnes of lifting capacity.
Combined with our other asset base, our Hydraulic Jack-Up System lets us propose a powerful solution array – as shown here, combined with our SPMTs.
HYDRAULIC GANTRY SYSTEM
Hydraulic gantries provide an efficient way to lift and position heavy loads where traditional cranes won’t easily fit.
They are a cost effective solution for many lifting and rigging applications and our Super Lift Gantry offers best-in-class controls and stability.
Modular Skidding Systems
Osprey’s Teflon Skid System is modular. It can jack and slide heavy loads along a pre-constructed track.
It’s comprised of skid beams that are moved by hydraulic push-pull units powered by split flow pumps to ensure beams travel synchronously.
Special PTFE-coated pads are placed on the skid tracks to reduce friction.
TEMPORARY WORKS EQUIPMENT
Steel mats, steel stools, steel beams…all of our temporary works steel equipment is designed in-house, manufactured to BS EN 1090 Execution Class 2 (EXC2) as a minimum and, have CAT3 structural checks for their respective Safe Working Loads.
We can also have the in-house capability to perform structural capacity checks for more complex arrangements, and source independent CAT3 checks where required.
Our ability to design and manufacture bespoke temporary works steelwork/ arrangements to suit complex bespoke projects as required, is there to support even the most complex of requirements.
