We’re looking for SPMT Operators to join our team! The role will involve travel UK-wide, but we are ideally looking for people located near the Southwest of England or Stockton.

As the SPMT Operator (Self Propelled Modular Trailers) you will be a key member of the Osprey team and responsible for the execution of onsite operations using SPMTs and rigging equipment. Working as part of the SPMT team you will be responsible for the full life cycle within a project such as working to QHSE standards, following detailed RAMS (Risk Assessment and Method Statement) and engineered drawings, mobilisation/demobilisation of equipment and operating the SPMTs.
As an SPMT Operator you will be accountable for:
- Operational Delivery – following the Osprey Way of Working, ensuring that all operations are carried out in a safe and effective manner
- Site Relationships – developing and maintaining effective working relationships with Osprey colleagues and supporting client conversations when required
- SPMT Expertise – both on-site operations (to include performing basic maintenance, inspections, etc.) and pre-operation planning providing advice and when required, supporting project managers or project engineers in the engineering stages of projects
