2026 STATEMENT – OMS-033-BUS-POL-000

Table of contents

Introduction

This Modern Slavery and Human Trafficking Statement sets out the approach taken by Osprey Shipping Limited to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains. It has been prepared with reference to the Company’s Anti-Slavery Policy and is intended for publication on the Company website.

Modern slavery is a crime and a violation of fundamental human rights. It can take various forms, including slavery, servitude, forced and compulsory labour, and human trafficking, each involving the deprivation of a person’s liberty by another in order to exploit them for personal or commercial gain.

Our Business

Osprey Shipping Limited provides specialist engineered logistics, heavy lift, project cargo and related project delivery services. We work with customers, suppliers, contractors and business partners across complex operational environments, and recognise the importance of maintaining robust ethical standards throughout those relationships.

Our Commitment

Osprey Shipping Limited is committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all business dealings and relationships. We are committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure modern slavery does not take place anywhere in our own business or in our supply chains.

  • We do not tolerate slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, human trafficking or exploitation.
  • We expect the same high standards from our contractors, suppliers and other business partners.
  • We support transparency in our own business and in our approach to tackling modern slavery throughout our supply chains, consistent with applicable disclosure obligations under the Modern Slavery Act 2015.

Policies and Governance

Our Anti-Slavery Policy applies to all persons working for Osprey or on its behalf in any capacity, including employees at all levels, directors, officers, agency workers, seconded workers, volunteers, interns, agents, contractors, external consultants, third-party representatives and business partners.
The policy sets expectations for the prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery risks. All employees are expected to read, understand and comply with the policy and to avoid any activity that may lead to, or suggest, a breach of it.

Supply Chain Standards and Due Diligence

As part of our contracting processes, Osprey includes prohibitions against the use of forced, compulsory or trafficked labour, and against anyone being held in slavery or servitude, whether adults or children. We expect suppliers to apply the same standards to their own suppliers and supply chains.
Where appropriate, our supplier and contractor management approach may include review of supplier policies, contractual commitments, ethical conduct expectations and escalation of concerns where risks are identified.

Risk Awareness

Osprey recognises that modern slavery risks may be present in complex supply chains, subcontracted services and labour-intensive activities. We seek to manage these risks through proportionate supplier engagement, contractual expectations, internal reporting channels and management oversight.

Risk Awareness

The prevention, detection and reporting of modern slavery in any part of our business or supply chains is the responsibility of all those working for us or under our control. Employees and others working with Osprey must remain vigilant and report concerns as soon as possible if they believe or suspect that a conflict with our Anti-Slavery Policy has occurred or may occur.
Concerns may be raised with a manager, the Compliance Manager or through the Company’s Whistleblowing Policy. Osprey aims to encourage openness and will support anyone who raises genuine concerns in good faith, even if those concerns later prove to be mistaken.

Risk Awareness

Osprey’s zero-tolerance approach to modern slavery is communicated to suppliers, contractors and business partners at the outset of the business relationship and reinforced as appropriate thereafter.

Risk Awareness

Any employee who breaches the Anti-Slavery Policy may face disciplinary action, which could result in dismissal for misconduct or gross misconduct. Osprey may also terminate relationships with individuals and organisations working on its behalf if they breach the policy.

Ongoing Review

Osprey Shipping Limited will continue to review its policies, procedures, supplier relationships and reporting arrangements to support the effective prevention of modern slavery and human trafficking within its business and supply chains.
