In the next phase of its exciting growth journey, Osprey Group is establishing a new team within its Heavy Lift Business Unit – a taskforce that will deliver heavy lift innovation and expertise.

This new team will add considerable capacity to Osprey. With a new Director of Heavy Lift Projects being recruited, the team will provide much of the momentum behind the business’s intent to extend its existing reach and offer a project-focused, industry-leading taskforce – a team of heavy-lift experts, primed and capable of delivering major UK infrastructure projects in any sector.

Drawing on over 25 years of in-house experience, Osprey’s existing units already work collaboratively to find the right approach, the right combination of expertise and equipment, and the safest, most efficient way to transport and install assets and critical infrastructure.

Nigel Fletcher, CEO, said: “We’ve shaped our business with family values, and we concentrate on building long-term relationships with our clients. We see this new team as being the experienced partner that infrastructure Project Managers need to face into today’s demanding delivery expectations  – a taskforce – delivering not just the best solution for each challenge, but also critical insights, approachable support, and key advice at the very earliest stages in each project.”

The new Director – Heavy Lift Projects who heads this team will also have a role in driving the business forward in several strategic markets, commercially and operationally, emphasizing the collaborative, cross-business approach and offer of expertise for which Osprey is known.
