SHIP’S AGENTS, PORT SERVICES
Osprey’s port services team handles all aspects of ship’s agency and port services. That includes RORO, container, dry and wet bulk, project and breakbulk services, as well as Customs clearance, EORI, IPR/OPR.
Before your vessel arrives, we’ll take care of cost estimates, scheduling, customs and, all the documentation you’ll need. In-port, we handle berthing, husbandry services, loading, discharging and, Bills of Lading. And, after departure, we’ll process documents, manage Customs clearances, arrange release of cargo. We can also – if needed – arrange onward transport. Our team will treat your vessel as if it’s one of our own. Meet the Port Services team here.
TREATING YOUR CREW LIKE OURS
We’re a family business with 25 years of marine heritage: we really do care about your cargo, your vessel, and your crew as though they’re our own – it’s the approach that’s been formative in creating the Osprey Way of Working.
We like saving time and money for you when we can, but we also know what it means to work with teams who care about delivering exceptional service every day (and night). We deliver the service we’d like to receive ourselves. Safeguarding the owner’s interests, providing everything your crew and vessel need – not only while you’re in port, but before you arrive and (if you need us to) afterwards, in onward movements.
